Our Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on purchases $100.00 and over with the following exceptions:

• A $30 surcharge will be added to all heater orders
• A $50 surcharge will be added to all fireplace orders.

All other orders under $100 will incur a $9.95 shipping and handling charge. Every effort is made to ship orders within 24/48 hours of receipt of your order.

Central vacuum pipe is an oversized item. All pipe ordered not included in a complete package will have an extra shipping charge applied to the order. Please contact us for the rates.

We offer free In-Store Pickup for all orders placed on our website! Just select “In-Store Pickup” during checkout, and our Customer Service Team will make arrangements with you to make sure you’re picking up your purchase at the best store for you.

Currently, we only accept orders for the continental U.S.A. on our website.

We normally ship via UPS or United States Postal Service. We only ship to the address that is on file with your credit card company. The cards Shipping and Billing address must also be the same.
